Christmas Countdown Widgets
- No personal data collected. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We don't receive any information about how you use it.
- Your settings stay on your device. The designs, fonts, backgrounds, and units you choose are stored only on your iPhone so the app and its widgets can share them.
- Feature requests. If you use Request a feature, your phone's email app sends us an email you write and choose to send. We receive your message and your email address, and use them only to read your suggestion and, if needed, reply. We don't share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Subscriptions. Christmas Countdown Plus is purchased and managed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your name, payment details, or Apple Account information. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Busy Bean: Match 3 Puzzle
- No accounts. You don't sign up or log in, and we don't ask for your name, email, or contacts.
- Your game stays on your device. Your levels, stars, records, power-ups, and settings are saved only on your iPhone. We don't receive them.
- Ads. Busy Bean is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a short ad after every few levels, and optional ads you can choose to watch for extra power-ups. See Ads in our games below.
- Busy Bean Club. The optional Club subscription is purchased and managed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. Members don't see the ads between levels; ads you choose to watch for extra power-ups are still available. See Purchases below.
- Ratings. If you choose Rate, Busy Bean opens the App Store, where Apple's terms apply.
- More Games. The More Games page downloads a list of our other games from our website. See Lists downloaded from our website below.
Quiz Miner

- Coin packs and Remove Ads. You can buy packs of QC, and a one-time Remove Ads purchase that turns off the ads after categories (optional Sponsored Block ads stay available if you want extra QC). Close Call: Asteroid Alerts
- No accounts, no ads, no tracking. You don't sign up or log in, and Close Call has no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. We don't ask for your name, email, contacts, or location.
- Asteroid data comes from our server. To show the latest close approaches, impact-risk lists, fireballs, and discoveries, the app and its widgets download data from our server, which collects it from NASA. Like any website, the server receives your device's IP address and the time of each request, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep basic request logs for a short time for security and reliability. We don't use this to identify you, we don't link it to anything else, and we don't sell or share it.
- Alerts are created on your iPhone. All alerts (close passes, impact-risk changes, fireball reports and comets) are scheduled by the app on your device. Your alert settings, including the area you choose for fireball alerts, distances, quiet hours, and limits, are stored only on your iPhone. We don't receive them or know whether you've turned alerts on.
- Sightings. The Sightings section shows short previews of public posts about fireballs and meteors from Bluesky, Mastodon, and YouTube, collected by our server. If you report a post, the app sends our server only that post's ID and the reason you picked, so we can hide it and review it. Nothing about you is included. If you hide an account's posts, that choice is stored only on your iPhone.
- Feedback. If you use Request a feature or Report a bug, your phone's email app sends us an email you write and choose to send. A bug report also includes the app version and your iPhone model so we can fix the problem. We receive your message and your email address, and use them only to read it and, if needed, reply. We don't share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Close Call Pro. The optional subscription (yearly with a free trial, or monthly) is purchased and managed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. See Purchases below.
- Links. If you open a link to another site, such as NASA's, a news publisher's, the American Meteor Society's, or a post on Bluesky, Mastodon, or YouTube, that site's own privacy policy applies.

- Play with Friends (online rooms). Only when you create or join a room, the app connects to our room service (run on Cloudflare) and to a game server for that room (run by Edgegap). Your device's IP address is used to start the room on a server near you and to send the match back and forth, as with any online game. The room code is kept only while the room exists. The game server receives your button presses, plus your pilot name and ship looks so other players in the room can see them. There is no chat. Rooms are not used for advertising or tracking, and the server shuts down a few minutes after everyone leaves.
Ads in our games (Busy Bean, Quiz Miner, Armchair MVP, Spoiler Alert, Quiz Kitchen, Mixtape Trivia, Trending Trivia, Orbit Duel and Crokinole Club)
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects information from your device. This includes your IP address (and the approximate location it suggests), device and app information, ad interactions, and an advertising identifier. Google uses this as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in Google's Privacy Policy. We don't receive this information about you; we only see overall, anonymous reports (such as how many ads were shown).
- Tracking is your choice. Each game asks Apple's "Allow tracking?" question. Your device's advertising identifier is shared with Google for personalized ads only if you allow it. If you don't, you still get ads, but they're not personalized using that identifier. You can change your answer at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent where the law requires it. In regions such as the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form before any ads load. You can change your choices later from Privacy choices for ads in the game's settings.
- Ads are kept family-friendly. We ask Google to show only ads rated suitable for general audiences, with parental guidance at most.
Lists downloaded from our website
- "More Games" and live events. Our games include a More Games page that lists our other games, and the trivia games show limited-time event categories. To keep these current without an app update, the game downloads small lists (and game icons) from kaleimedia.com. Like any website, our server receives your device's IP address and the time of each request, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep basic request logs for a short time for security and reliability. Nothing about you or your game is sent, and we don't use this to identify you, link it to anything else, or sell or share it.
- Store links. If you tap Get on the More Games page, the App Store or Google Play opens, where their own terms apply.
Purchases
Subscriptions, coin packs, and other in-app purchases are made and managed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your name, payment details, or Apple Account information; the app only learns what you bought so it can deliver it. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. Purchases you can restore (subscriptions and Remove Ads) come back with Restore Purchases; coin packs are used up as you spend them.
Children
Our apps are made for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and contact
To ask a question, or to ask us to delete an email you've sent us, contact support@kaleimedia.com. For choices about ads in our games, see Ads in our games above, or visit Google's My Ad Center.
Changes
If an app starts collecting new information, for example if ads are added to another game, we'll update this page before that version is released and change the date above.
